Tracey Delfs uses a unique combination of HeartMath®, Mindfulness Meditation and Life Coaching to teach techniques that can be used to help reduce stress levels, better manage emotions, calm minds and find more balance and happiness in life.
HeartMath® is a biofeedback system that is based on 20 years of scientific research on psycho physiology of stress, emotions, and the interactions between the heart and brain. The EmWave is a biofeedback technology that measures levels of stress. HeartMath® is used to decrease anxiety, help with depression, reduce stress, and improve sleep. It helps to manage emotions, increase performance, and cultivates a deep sense of inner calm.
Put simply, mindfulness consists of cultivating awareness of the mind and body and living in the here and now. It is used to access powerful inner resources to cope with life's challenges, calm the mind, relax the body. Mindfulness is about being fully awake and present in every moment of our lives.
Life coaching helps individuals to gain more clarity about what is most important to them in their lives, then supporting them to make the necessary changes to align with their new priorities. Benefits include assisting individuals to align with their core values, simplify their lives and move from overwhelm towards balance.
The majority of Tracey's clients are overextended moms, executives and employees that would like to decrease stress, feel healthier, more balanced and energized. She also enjoys working with women during pregnancy and menopausal years, helping them to better manage their emotions and hormonal changes. Tracey also works with athletes from the Canadian National Winter Olympic Teams and various other athletes, teaching them techniques to manage their emotions and improve performance.
